My lease expired May 1. Dealing with Ralph as to getting me in a new lease was a pleasure. About a week or two after picking up my new BMW, I received an email from Raheem inviting me to come back to Otto's for a visit with him to resolve any questions I had with my new car. I took advantage of the offer and spent an hour this week with Raheem this week going over every gizmo and gadget that I now had. It was a wonder experience. After a year of looking for THE car - I found it at Otto’s. Being someone who needed lots of questions answered, an unpressured environment and people with true knowledge/love of their cars, I had a number of other dealership experiences that fell short. As I take my first drive home in my new ‘purple’ BMW, I feel as if I’ve entered an entirely new galaxy filled with awesome tech, a beautiful car, a truly engaging driving experience and people who know why they work where they work. I feel so very excited. I have purchased more cars than I care to admit. I always enjoy researching which vehicle(s) I might be interested in but dreaded the car-buying experience. From the moment I stepped into Otto's showroom and met Scott, I was immediately put at ease. Scott is a very personable and respectful salesman. He was truly interested in helping my wife and I learn more about the car we were interested in. Scott was very informative during our drive and before I knew it, I felt like I was talking to an old friend who was there to help me make a decision, not sell me a car. Upon our return from the test drive, Scott let my wife and I decide our next steps and never pressured us to start talking numbers (although that's exactly what my wife and I wanted to do!). The buying process was just as easy as the rest of our visit! There were no "typical" games played, no painful negotiating....just a fair price for both sides on the first try! After we agreed to terms, Scott was very communicative while the car was prepped for delivery and ensured we were delighted with the entire experience. Thoughout all of my previous car purchases, I have NEVER experienced such a pleasant experience! It might be a while before I need a new car but when I do, you can bet I'll start with Scott at Otto's when I do!
This is our third BMW and it has always been a great experience purchasing a car with Justice and having our maintenance performed at Otto’s.
